As November comes to an end, I can officially say that I’m grateful to have reached a significant milestone of 5 years cancer free. I just finished another 6-month 3D mammogram screening resulting in no evidence of malignancy (cancer). Wow, time flies and glad to be on the other side. So, I’m extremely grateful for all the people that continue to work on innovation improvements, raise awareness, and provide endless support systems to find a cure for breast cancer. Please get those annual exams and ask for a 3D mammogram especially if you have dense breast tissue.
